Newly constructed chalet built on 3 levels, it has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 people.

GROUND LEVEL is spacious living and dining area with an oversized 23" wide living room area with large cathedral windows that overlook the lake and mountains. Kitchen is equally spacious and centrally located next to the living room so that everyone can gather in the same area and lake views enjoyed throughout.
Real wood ceilings and hardwood floors throughout offer a cozy ambiance. All equipped generously sized kitchen boasts a large island, pantry, dishwasher and seating for 6. View on the kitchen side is nature and mountain behind our home. Dining area is situated beside the living area, also with views of the lake, stone fireplace and TV. Beside the dining area is the patio entrance to the screened-in porch/gazebo room with the 5-6 person all-season hot tub spa. Views from the spa room are lake, mountain and forest and offer excellent privacy. Powder room bathroom on the main level.

UPPER LEVEL - 2 master bedrooms, each with their own private full bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed and has french doors that overlook the living room and the lake/mountains outside. Full bathroom off the king bedroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a high view of the lake and surrounding mountains, and 4 piece large bathroom with shower and separate soaker tub. Generous sized closets in both bedrooms.

GARDEN LEVEL - Walkout level has the games area, and the other 3 bedrooms, and laundry. Pool table and ping pong with a view, seating area with luxurious leather couches, sofa bed, another TV with Netflix/Crave, laundry area, and 3 additional bedrooms - one lakeside bedroom with Queen bed, another bedroom with 2 queens, and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. There are large windows with full views of the lake, and a patio door to exit directly to the sheltered area under the deck, the lawn, firepit and lakeside.

LAKE - The lake is 2 km in diameter, is stocked with Rainbow Trout for fun fishing off the dock or in the boat. We supply 3 kayaks and a canoe! Our waterfront is very shallow and we have a dock to enjoy the scenery by the lake.

In the summer our lake has tennis courts that are free to use and in winter we have a skating rink! (3 min drive away)

REGION - We are in the heart of the Laurentians, central to everything. SUMMER - there is excellent hiking, swimming, boating, beaches all over the region, world class golfing, waterslides, shopping, spa treatments, tourism activities at Mont Tremblant, outdoor cafe's and outlet shopping in St Sauveur. In the WINTER, there is downhill and cross country skiing, night skiing, snowshoeing, sleigh rides, winter hiking, spa treatments, tourism in Mont Tremblant.

IMPORTANT: this is a luxury chalet ideal for family gatherings, relaxing weekends with friends, corporate events and ski weekends. This chalet is NOT suitable for "wild party animals" with noisy gatherings or large events. Noise must be respectfully limited outdoors in consideration for others who live on the lake. Thank you!
