- On the shores of beautiful Lake Chapleau (navigable lake)
- Near the Papineau-Labelle Wildlife Reserve (there is a park entrance 35 minutes away)
- 40 minutes from the amenities and restaurants of Saint-Jovite and the village of Tremblant
- 50 minutes from the Mont-Tremblant ski resort and several golf courses
The setting

The cottage
- A recently built, luxurious 3 story cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
- On the ground floor, the dining room and living room share three large patio doors that provide a view of the lake.
- Hardwood and ceramic floors throughout, with the exception of the basement (floating floors)
- The basement is an open-layout semi-basement with a wood stove and access to the outside
