They are based on supply and demand and seasons. They can be changed at any time without notice.

Seasons:

Low season: April 16th / June 20th, October 11th / December 22nd

Mid season: June 21st / July 10th, January 9th to April 15th, September 16th / October 10th

High season: July 11th to September 15th, December 23rd / January 8th

The holiday season, the Break and Easter are considered in the high season.

cancellations:

Any cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the rental agency.

If the cancellation notice is received more than thirty (30) days before the start date of the stay, the initial deposit will be retained by the landlord as damages. The security deposit for breakage or damage will be returned.

If cancellation occurs less than thirty (30) days prior to the date of stay, all amounts collected will be retained by the landlord as damages, except the security deposit for breakage or damage that will be returned.
