100% refund, 60 days before the beginning of the stay
50% refund, 30 days before the beginning of the stay

Cottage 65 minutes from Montreal, 60 minutes from Mont-Tremblant, 55 minutes from Ottawa and 6 minutes from Montebello. Situated at the Outaouais-Laurentides border.

This cottage has a superb view of the river from its two terraces and different locations for making an outdoor fire. The basement is on the ground floor (walk-out) and gives access to the largest terrace. Ideal for a season of relaxation with the family or as a couple. The riverside location is perfect for winter sports such as cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sliding as well as ice fishing and snowmobiling. There is a garage adjacent to the chalet to store your sports equipment and your snowmobile if needed.

The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people; it has 3 bedrooms including:

- A master bedroom with a door that leads to a terrace and a King bed.
- A bedroom with a single bunk bed at the top and a double at the bottom.
- A bedroom with a double bed.
