The Cottage by the Sea is located at the end of la rue de l'Arc-en-Ciel (Rainbow street) with its private access to the sea. It's possible to observe marine fauna directly from the Cottage's ground. The Cottage is located close to Forillon National Parc with all its hidden jewels. Visit the highest lighthouse in Canada in Cap-des-Rosiers with its magnificent view. There is a lot of activities to do close to the cottage: hiking, fishing, diving, kayak, and much more. The Cottage by the Sea has 2 floors (the second floor ceiling has a height of 6 feet or 180 cm). On the main floor, there is a magnificient Kitchen with it's huge island to share unforgettable memories. There's the Playroom where there are games to play and a wall projector for movie nights. On the same floor there are one bathroom (toilet with a sink) and one shower room (a ceramic shower/ bath with a sink). And there is the Zen Living Room (that can be used as a fourth closed bedroom) with its double Murphy Bed, a sitting hammock and much more to chill out with a view of the Sea.
On the second floor (ceiling height of 6 feet or 180 cm), there are 3 closed bedrooms (queen, double and single bunk-beds) and one laundry room (toilet, sink and washer-dryer). There is also the possibility to make a king size bed in the Boudoir (open space).
The exterior speaks for itself with the HUGE house land bordered by the Sea. Walk, breath and enjoy EVERYTHING.
