Large log cottage located on a 60,000 square foot lot in a cull de sac on the banks of the Noir stream in Saint-Jovite, Mont - Tremblant.
An enchanting site just few minutes' drives from the city center and the major food stores, 15 KM from the Saint Bernard area and the ski slopes.
The P'tit Train du Nord Linear Park is located on the other side of the house, where you can walk, bike or cross-country skiing in winter.
There are 5 bedrooms in all:
3 bedrooms upstairs with three queen size beds.
2 bedrooms downstair one with two single beds, the other one is used as an office, it is possible to add a double mattress
The house is fully furnished and equipped to receive you comfortably.
There is a gas fireplace (gas included).
Included: Parking snow removal, electricity, internet and Netflix subscription.
