The ground floor includes an open area all dressed in white.
It includes the living room with TV and fireplace, the kitchen with island and the dining room.
Note the large covered terrace for long dinners with friends, rain or shine!
This floor also includes a bedroom and a complete bathroom.
The mezzanine gives the impression of a suite superimposed on the ground floor as the effect is majestic and striking. It is partly glazed, which gives it a lot of light!
This room has a large bed, a small office area and an adjacent bathroom.
But it's in the basement that you'll have the most fun, thanks to its family room with TV and foosball table, and its cinema/TV room so well-appointed that your children will find themselves there with pleasure!
There are two other bedrooms and a full bathroom here, which will be perfect for guests, your children and/or the children of your guests.
The land is large enough to provide great activities.
