The photos do not do this cottage justice, it is a large spacious place that will leave you mouth opened when you first walk in. It has large windows that bring in lots of lights and lake views.

Private access to the lake and small sand area is very nice. Access to lake is a little tricky and can be difficult for those with mobility issues.

Lake has a private dock with a pedal boat (leaks) and a row bot for fishing. The kids had a blast everyday jumping from the dock and swimming.

Many bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large group comfortably. Bathrooms are modern with nice walk in glass door showers.

25 min drive to main city center with large chain stores was a nice for doing groceries and shopping.

The furnishing and appliances within the cottage are sub-par. While it looks like lots of care and expense were put into the construction of the building, little investment was made in furniture and appliances.

The BBQ broke after 2 days (owner was aware of issue prior to us taking possession and should have been changed before we arrived) to his defense, he drove up and installed a new BBQ right away. We found this to be outstanding on his part and greatly appreciated.

The owner seems to be overly nervous person and made us feel a little stressed with his initial demands. We felt we had to walk on egg shells or risk losing our security deposit. We were also required to pass the vacuum all over before leavi

The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful chalet. When we arrived it was immaculate. The rooms are very spacious and bright. The view of the lake was magnificent. The sandbox near the dock and the shallow beach area was great for the children. We came for a vacation with extended family and hope we can can return next year!
