Worry free family vacation rental guaranteed. August through December Available. Short Term Rental not permitted. Everyone Loves the Place, Mostly Repeat Guests. Great Fishing. It is not a beach waterfront. It is a rocky waterfront with swimming from the dock in May to Mid June. Comfortable Three floors with great beds and beautiful yard accessing a waterfront. We are inexpensive and well Equipped. We book longer stays only. This chalet is amazing and equipped, for all seasons. For Summer we have boats, bbq, and nice patio and fire pit. For Winter and other seasons we have boot warmers, toe and hand warmers. This place is set up for Skiers, families and friends with an amazing clean fireplace. There is a beautiful view. We are minutes to the lovely village of St. Jovite and minutes to the resort. This cottage is minutes to major fun and adventure and on a quiet lake. This place is perfect for summer adventure and winter skiing. This chalet hosts three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, two living rooms, with amenities and comfort. We have been doing this as a monthly rental for years and have consistently had happy, repeat customers. I like to think we have thought of everything. The reviews say "'exactly as advertised and more". The home easily hosts a happy family of 5 with movies, streaming services, big screens, X Box. We have a well equipped kitchen, and GREAT WIFI, and two available boats! Every amenity including air conditioning, Drip and Keurig Coffee makers and even free laundry and great clean pellet stove. This place fills up Fast. Downstairs in a private suite there is the second surround sound, a desktop computer and two video game systems.

| Nous avons passé d'agréables moments dans le chalet qui est particulièrement bien équipé. A commencer par la cuisine où se trouvent tous les appareils que l'on pouvait souhaiter, puis le salon où se retrouvent un choix immense de vidéos, Netflix et un accès internet à haute vitesse. Nous avons passé de nombreuses soirées devant l'écran géant. Les 3 salles de toilette sont très commodes, les douches avec beaucoup d'eau et une eau chaude immédiatement disponible nous ont assuré des réveils mémorables. La disponibilité de plusieurs modèles de cafetières ainsi qu'une réserve de café ont certainement contribué à nos bons débuts de journée.
Qualité, propreté, tranquillité, équipement, vue magnifique et accès au lac et aux embarcations en font un chalet que nous recommandons sans hésitation.
Un grand merci à François et à Paul pour un séjour mémorable.

| A beautiful place where we spent lovely and relaxing weekend!
Paul is an excellent host, puts a lot of effort into the maintenance and cleanliness of the property and makes himself available to his guests.
The cottage was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was 6 of us (3 couples) and we had just enough space. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, great entertainment area. What more to wish for?
We were lucky with the weather so we spent most of our days at the lake fishing and some of us even tried to swim. Enjoyed our BBQ dinners on the deck star gazing at the amazing and beautiful night sky and had bonfire after. This was exactly the vacation we needed and hope to come back soon!

| Amazing cottage rental. Everything is thought of. It's a must to get the boats as fishing is so much better out by swim dock. Very relaxing our second time there and won't be our last.

| Another fantastic getaway at this Cottage. Selfishly we hate to give it such an excellent review as it will become harder and harder to rent lol. This is our 5th time and we just love everything about it. Kayaking in the lake, beautiful sunsets from the dock. Biking along the Petit train du Nord and much much more. Owners are wonderful and very accommodating.

| Absolutely a beautiful location for a cottage in Mont Tremblant. The cottage is very close to the cute little town and the village of Mont Tremblant. Very clean and all the necessities of home! Fishing was amazing and delicious. We had a great family week with boating, swimming, fishing, games and campfire. Look forward to returning for some skiing. Owner very friendly with all the communication in advance to make you feel welcome. Thanks again for a great week and beautiful cottage.
