Four season cottage to rent, located at approximately 5 minutes from Mont-Laurier. Beautiful ground of half an acre on the edge of the lake of the sources. Waterfront bordered by two hedges of trees on each side.
Ideal for 4 people, Can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children on occasion, additional fees of $ 20.00 per person for the weekend and $ 50.00 per person for the week.
Two bedrooms, 1 queen size bed and 1 double. Bathroom with corner shower and bath, laundry room, large veranda with mosquito net.
Included: pillows, bed quilts (1 down comforter on the queen and 1 synthetic duvet on the double bed)
Not included: Body soap, laundry soap, bath towels and washcloths, dish towel, bedding, personal flotation Vest.
The cottage is equipped of: First aid kit, hair dryer, Iron, family games, 2 ceiling fans and 3 tower fans.
The cottage is located near the town of Mont-Laurier so there are several restaurants, grocery stores and a shopping center.
On Thursday and Friday there is a fruit and vegetable market outside a few minutes from the cottage as well as a small flea market on Thursday and Friday only.
Quiet lake, without motor boats, only electric motor (motor not included) Trouts fishing all summer and during 1 month from 1 to 31 March.
Canoe, boat and paddle boat provided.
