Urban design Chalet, located on the shores of Lake Clermoustier (about 1 hour from Montreal), ideal to unwind with friends and relax in nature.
The chalet boasts a stunning 180-degree view of the lake and woods thanks to an entire south-facing facade made of glass. Enjoy total comfort in a beautifully designed wood and glass cottage with fun activities to enjoy at the lake, in the countryside and nearby. Unlimited High-Speed Internet connexion included.
In Spring and Summer, you can use the hot tub, go kayaking or out in a pedal boat, swim in the lake, go fishing for grey trout and bass, go hiking, have campfires, visit Arbraska, Spa La Source at Rawdon or play a round or two at the Esterel Golf Club (10 mins away).
In Winter, you can use the hot tub, go skating on our lake, go cross-country skiing or downhill skiing at Val St-Côme or Montcalm, visit Spa La Source at Rawdon or simply take a walk through the countryside (with or without snowshoes) to enjoy the beautiful nearby landscape.
Finally, the luxury you deserve in a design environment on a beautiful lake in the wilderness:
- Private Dock with chairs to relax, kayak, pedal boat and six life jackets (note: Lake Clermoustier is an ecological lake with no motor boat).
- Hot tub for 6 persons (year-round), terrace with corner bar area and outside fireplace, including firewood (Spring-Autumn) ;
- Veranda: Fully furnished and under cover (Spring-Autumn), gas BBQ (year-round);
- Living room: Fully furnished with fireplace (working October-March), HD TV, DVD player and FM/Bluetooth Sound system;
- Dining Room for 8 persons;
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, pans, toaster, dishes, strainer, fondue sets, raclette for 8, a Nespresso machine with milk frother, and drinking water from the town;
- Four (4) spacious bedrooms (2 with King-sized beds, and 2 with Queen-sized beds);
- Two (2) spacious bathrooms, fitted with freestanding bath and glass showers ;
- Home movie theater with 60'' TV screen, Bose sound system & DVD player;
- 2nd fridge available to store your food;
- 2 baby playpens and 2 baby seat boosters available;
- Bedding is provided in all bedrooms including duvets; bath towels are provided but guests should bring their own towels for hot tub / lake;

The payment is done by credit card directly on our secured website to block your dates in the rental calendar and secure your booking; - Final payment: the payment of the full balance is payable 20 days before the arrival date by credit card; - A fully refundable security deposit of $1500 will be temporarly frozen your credit card 3 days before arrival date. This security deposit will be returned within 24-48 hours after departure once our team confirms the chalet has been left in the same condition as on arrival with no damage; - IMPORTANT: Strict control of the number of occupants is applied. | a refaire sans hésitation! toute est vraiment parfait, le lieu est splendide un décor dans la nature, le chalet grand et décorer au gout du jour et très propre! nous avons passé du temps de qualité en famille, vraiment apprécié... un gros merci a Monsieur Nicolas!

| Chalet luxueux très propre, bien équipé aux lits ultra confortables. Un accès nature au lac non motorisé, des étoiles plein les yeux le soir. Du kayak au SPA en passant par le foyer extérieur nous y avons passé un excellent moment en famille!

| C'était juste WOW ! Entendre le chants de plusieurs oiseaux le matin en prenant un café sur la terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur le lac.
Relaxer sur le quai et admirer le paysage.
J'y retournerai encore.

| Ce chalet est absolument splendide ! Super bien équipé, confortable et bien décoré. La vue est magnifique, des bois à plus finir pour faire de la raquette hors piste, un spa spacieux, un feu intérieur chaleureux. Nous allons relouer c'est certain ! J'ai seulement deux petits points d'amélioration si possible. Bien que l'internet soit haute vitesse, le signal n'est pas toujours stable et il était difficile d'écouter la partie de hockey sans avoir des coupures constantes. Nous avons dû mettre nos données cellulaires. Pour terminer, nous avons joué à plusieurs jeux de société et bien que les chaises de la table soient design, elles ne sont pas ergonomiques pour y être assis longtemps. Mais ceci n'est que des petits détails. Je recommande à tout ceux qu'ils veulent décrocher de la ville, se retrouver parmi la beauté de la nature et vivre un moment exceptionnel de louer le chalet DesignPur!
