Minimum 30 day stay. Lovely and relaxing South-facing, passive solar house on Brome Lake. Newly renovated cottage with majestic two story high living room with fireplace. Open concept kitchen with solarium-like lounge, with huge U sofa. Four bedrooms and a den (3 full bathrooms) with sofa-bed offer accommodation for 10 guests. Three of the bedrooms have lofts accessible by ladder! Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom.
Incredible breath-taking views every season with rolling hills across the lake. Fall colours are truly spectacular. Lake freezes in winter creating an open winter-wonderland. In the summer months, the dock, a canoe and three kayaks (2 inflatable) are at your disposal. For cycling or golf enthusiasts there is no lack of option.
At 15 minutes from Bromont ski resort and 20 minutes from Sutton, the cottage is well located for a varied skiing experience. The charming town of Knowlton is but 10 minutes away.
