Relax and get back to nature. This cozy 2-storey chalet is located on the banks of the Ouareau River (accessible for swimming) near a vineyard and 10 minutes from Club de Golf Montcalm. Spacious deck with spa and BBQ, 3 bedrooms, dinning room with panoramic view and living room with fireplace. Comfortable with all the amenities for a memorable stay. No smoking inside Some activities are 15 to 45 min away. Bring big towels for the spa. Bring charcoal briquettes for the BBQ and wood for the fireplace. Outdoor fireplace not available in winter No noise between 11pm and 8pm (to respect neighbours). ***Hunting prohibited*** All reservations must be cancelled no later than 30 days prior the scheduled date of arrival. NOTES The chalet can accommodate up to 8 people. A $20 supplement per person per day is required for additional guests. Arrivals as at 4 pm. Departures no later than 12:00 pm. Upon reservation, an amount equal to 50% of the total booking fee is payable by credit card. All cancellations must be within 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival to be eligible for a refund. Spring thaw (December to May) is out of our control and can affect the road condition leading to this chalet. Due to this, cancellations may occur unexpectedly. | Chalet tellement chaleureux. Les espaces sont parfaits. La vue sur la rivière est splendide, hiver comme été. J'y suis allée déjà plusieurs fois et j'y retournerai encore et encore. La tranquillité assurée, pas besoin de barrée les portes.....il y a seulement des oiseaux et autres petits animaux sympathiques.

| I highly recommended this chalet. I stayed there with my husband and son of 11 months.
Very clean, well equipped, and beautiful view. It met all our needs and I don't have one bad thing to say about it.
