Émile cottage is a luxurious, 3500 square foot cottage located in the heart of nature. This gorgeous haven features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a spectacular fireplace. Its two large, fully equipped kitchens, including an outdoor kitchen with a view of the lake, are perfect for entertaining. You and your guests can enjoy a game of pool by the fireplace, or relax in the outdoor spa and enjoy the sunset or your favourite movie on the plasma screen television.
The master bedroom is spacious and boasts a pa-like ensuite bathroom with a ceramic tile shower with glass doors, a soaking tub where you can enjoy the lakefront views, as well as a vanity with double sinks. This beautiful suite also features a comfortable seating area complete with a 52'' plasma screen television, a small refrigerator, and a radio. Savour your morning coffee seated on the adjoining patio with breathtaking views of Lake Trente et Un Milles.
Or relax on the private dock. Motorboats, water skis and jet skis are all permitted on the lake. There are also private walking trails and an aluminum fishing boat. Equipped with a 5 HP outboard motor (gas included), it is perfect to set out on the water with friends and enjoy some fishing!
