Price:
-$2,950 to $3,500 per month, depending on the number of months, rental period and number of occupants
Reservation and Security Deposit
-$1,000
-Fully refundable within 5 business days following the end of the stay, provided no damage has occurred. Any costs related to damage or broken equipment will be deducted from the deposit upon presentation of supporting documentation.
Payments
-First payment due one month before the beginning of the rental period
-Subsequent payments are due on the first day of each month

Cleaning Fee
-$150
-Tenants are nevertheless expected to leave the property in a condition of cleanliness comparable to that found upon arrival.
