This wonderful summer house build back in 1870, has been entirely renovated. It consists of two adjoining structures that can offer complete privacy as need be. The oldest of the two buildings offers a spacious living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen. Large picture windows offer a splendid view out to sea. On the second floor, three bedrooms and a bathroom are waiting for guests to enjoy. The children's room has a large fold out bed and the connecting small loft in the attic is available for young adventurers who feel safe climbing up a recycled ship's ladder that leads to a double bed.
In the other section of the house, there is a solarium- living room with a television. Upstairs, a large master bedroom has its own toilet. A door opens up to a small balcony where the sunrise can become part of the daily ritual. In the early morning, a dip in front of the house is also a great way to greet a new day. At night, the sound of the sea is the only soothing sound that you will need for a good night's sleep.
Summer evenings can be spent on the large exterior wooden deck that connects two buildings. It is where one can enjoy the BBQ while watching the amazing show that the setting sun puts on as it slips in behind the soft hills of Les Demoiselles.
