Charming house located in Eastman in the Eastern Townships (Exit 106 off Highway 10), just a few minutes' walk from a wide range of activities and services: bike path behind the house, Lac d'Argent across the street (municipal beach 5 minutes on foot), hiking trails, and the village within a 10-minute walk with its restaurants, tennis court, playground, café, bakery, convenience stores, grocery store (SAQ), pharmacy, credit union, etc. Berry picking, horseback riding, and the Missisquoi Nord trails are nearby. Relax at Spa Eastman, just 5 minutes by car. Summer theatre La Marjolaine.
Also located in the heart of the Eastern Townships: 10 minutes from Mont-Orford (hiking, swimming at Lake Stukely), 15 minutes from downtown Magog (a resort town), and 30 minutes from the Granby Zoo.

This peaceful haven is close to Highway 10, making it easy to travel to nearby cities: Montreal (1h15) and Sherbrooke (35 minutes). Several charming villages are also worth visiting nearby, including North Hatley, Knowlton, etc., all about 30 minutes away by car.
PERFECTLY EQUIPPED 3-BEDROOM HOUSE:
A stream bordering one side of the semi-wooded 22,000 sq. ft. lot adds charm to the property. With 3 closed bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 double bed, and 2 single beds), the house accommodates up to 5 people—ideal for a couple with children. Bed linens are provided.
The kitchen and dining room are open concept. Bedrooms are upstairs and well separated from the common areas.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Dishcloths, dish soap, and towels are provided.
There are 2 full bathrooms (hairdryer and bath towels included).
Non-smoking house. No pets allowed.
EXCLUSIONS: Telephone. A minimal supply of toilet paper and tissues is provided—please bring more if needed. The upstairs is air-conditioned.
The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the village.
You will find many great restaurants in Eastman. There are a variety of activities nearby for all types of travelers, including young children, couples, and families with older kids.
Couples: Cycling and hiking, Spa Eastman (health retreat), restaurants, performance venues, sports activities, Magog, art galleries, crafts, scenic routes, shopping, etc.
Families: Lac d'Argent (swimming, fishing, water activities), hiking at Mont-Orford or SEPAQ parks, visits to Montreal, Granby Zoo, Bromont water slides, Sherbrooke Museum of Nature and Science, berry picking, Écurie des diligences, etc.
RENTAL CONDITIONS:
A 50% deposit of the rental amount is required upon signing the contract. The reservation becomes official only once both the contract and deposit are received.
The balance is payable 30 days before arrival, and the deposit must be received 24 hours before arrival.
If the reservation is made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is required, and the booking becomes official only once the contract and deposit are received.
Cancellation policy:
• 100% refund up to 60 days before the stay
• 50% refund up to 30 days before the stay
A $500 security deposit is required and payable to the owner to obtain the keys on the day of arrival. The deposit will be returned within 72 hours after departure, following inspection of the property.
Upon departure, tenants must leave the property in the same condition as upon arrival.
