A luxury chalet on Lovering Lake (5 minutes away from Memphremagog Lake) with its private hot tub available all year round. This chalet, freshly renovated to meet our quality criterias has an authentic charm. A superb view of the lake and a fireplace in the wood, it does not take more to relax with family or friends. Situated on a plot of land directly on the banks of a lake known for its tranquility and water sports of all kinds, it is only a few minutes away from Magog. The chalet has a private dock where you can put a motor boat up to 22 feet, and where you can easily swim. There is a private boat ride nearby. (After passing the Fitch Bay Marina or Magog to have your boat washed). Nearby you will find: Ski Mont-Orford, Golf Mont-Orford, Vignoble Le Cep d'Argent, Marina le Merry Club, Sentiers de l'estrie IMPORTANT : Only reservations of 32 days and + are accepted for this cottage.
