This house is located in the quiet Southière-sur-le-lac neighborhood and is ideally positioned 20 meters from a large PRIVATE parc and sandy beach 150 meters long. It is a big house with 1 bedroom, leaving room with a fireplace and a full bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor, an open living room with a TV, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom
Summer activities;
The parc has a soccer field, beach volleyball area, slides and monkey bars etc for the kids.
Bring your kayaks, paddle boards, wind surfers, kite boards etc, it is a short walk to the water. There are 3 private tennis courts situated only 5 minutes walking distance.
Winter activities;
Ski and Snowboard at Mt Orford, Mt Owls Head or Bromont (30mins), Sutton and Jay Peak, a little further.
Cross country skiiing and snowshoeing in the Orford National park, skating on the lake side waterfront promenade in town (5mins), kiteboarding, fishing on the lake 50m.
