Rawdon area, 1h15 from Montreal, 20 min from Montcalm sky resort and 30min from Saint Donat;
Fares are for max 12 persons; 90$ /additional person /2 nights (+Tax )
Weekdays (Minimum 2 nights).
A deposit (50% of total) is required at the time of booking (70% of the total redeemable if the cancellation request is made 60 days upon arrival); the balance is required 14 days before arrival.
A security deposit of $900 is required 24h upon arrival and will be redeemed maximum 3 days after the end of the stay after inspection of the cottage if no damage has occurred AND BUILDING RULES HAVE BEEN RESPECTED.

| Beautiful property. Lots of room inside and outside (big parking area too). Waterfront area perfect, with easy access for kids and a lot of boats. Forest area adjacent with a little walking path.

| Première fois que je passe une semaine avec nos enfants et petits-enfants, ce chalet était parfait pour notre famille. Tout le monde avait sa place en plus de profiter du paysage. Super pour nos souvenirs de Noel avec 11 adultes et 5 enfants.

| Outstanding location, wonderful amenities, competitive price & a friendly owner made for a great week-end. The only negative aspect was the heavy emphasis on keeping quiet after 10PM, which was a bit disappointing (if we're renting a chalet, it's usually for special events or campfires, and this dampened that) but isn't the owner's fault. Still, lovely and we'd definitely stay here again!

| Très beau chalet! . La table de la salle à diner et tout le chalet est parfait pour les gros groupes. Chalet bien équipé. Nous y avons passé un beau week-end de 3 jours! Je le recommanderais.

| Super chalet !!! Groupe d'amis avec plusieurs enfants. Ce chalet est notre nouveaux lieux de rencontre avec une salle commune très vaste !
