NOTES
RESERVATION AND REFUND POLICIES:
Please note that for the period from mid-June to mid-October, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday for 7 nights. Exceptionally, if a group would like to book 14 nights, the deposit for the second week will be 75% of the total amount.
Prices shown are for 1 to 6 people, with an additional fee of $150 for the 4th room, and include lodging tax.
For March Break and the holiday season, the stay must be 7 nights. Furthermore, for Christmas and New Year's Day, there is no overlap between Christmas and New Year's Day. Also, for winter, the stay must also be 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday.
Additionally, for stays at Easter and Patriots' Day in May, there is a 5-night minimum that applies as well as high season prices, or converted into a ''3 night bonus'' stay (arrival 8:00 a.m. instead of 4:00 p.m. and departure at 8:00 p.m. instead of 11:00 a.m.) for $1130 if 3 rooms.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date, a deposit of $400 for 3 or 4 nights or $500 for 5 to 7 nights is required to confirm your reservation. For the holiday season and March Break, the amount is $700.
If the reservation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the full amount is payable.
The deposit will be non-refundable in the event of cancellation or cancellation due to a pandemic.
The balance of the total payment must be paid two weeks before your arrival date.
If canceled between 7 and 13 days prior to arrival, 50% of the remaining payment is refundable.
If canceled between 3 and 6 days prior to arrival, 30% of the remaining payment is refundable.
If canceled between 0 and 2 days prior to arrival, 20% of the remaining payment is refundable.
