Three rooms on the second floor.

5 minutes from the golf and Carleton-sur-Mer village.
Hiking trails and cross country ski centres are at less than 20 minutes by car.

- Visitors can arrive saturday at 16h00 and must leave before 10h30 on the saturday of their departure.
- We ask people who rent to give half of the total rental fee when reserving and the other half at least 30 days before their arrival.
- Please take note that it is possible to cancel the reservation for a $50 fee when it is done more than 60 days before arrival date. If cancellation takes place between 30 and 59 days before arrival date, the deposit cannot be reimbursed. No reimbursment is possible if cancellation takes place less than 30 days before arrival.
- Finally, we ask visitors to leave the house clean and in order. Any broken equipment shall be charged to the visitor.

Excellent house! Very comfortable with lots of amenities. The view across the bay is lovely and Carleton-sur-mer has lots to offer (beaches, restaurants, sites, sailing, etc). We hope to return again in the future.
