2024 Summer Season, Chalet on Lake Ouareau

The Chalet is very clean, cozy, non-smoker. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully furnished, linen included. The living area is open-concept. It contains a TV and a wood-burning fireplace like stove. The den contains a hide-a-bed for occasional use. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, micro-wave and dishwasher. There is a furnished basement and a large outdoor balcony. The basement contains a washer-dryer. The chalet is electrically heated. Cable/internet service (Cogeco) is available by subscription.

The Chalet is situated on a large, beautifully wooded, four acre private lot, on the west side of Lake Ouareau. The Chalet is ideal for families with children. There is a private sandy beach,200 ft long with a shore-fixed wharf protruding into the lake. A canoe, two kayaks and a row boat are provided but we do not accept any sort of motorized watercraft. The Chalet is near the village of St. Donat, the Metro and IGA shopping areas. The rent for the summer season, which is from June 1, 2024 to September 30, 2024, is $6000. We only rent for the complete summer season.
