Charming large stone country house situated two minutes from the center of the village of Saint-Sauveur with the most spectacular view of Mont Saint Sauveur and the entire Valley . The dwelling is tastefully decorated. Jacuzzi J-345 spa seats 5 to 6 adults. Lake/ Bicycle/cross country/ snowshoe path / horseback riding all 5 minutes away. At the Lake you can rent paddle boards and kayaks or just enjoy the beach !
Alpine skiing at Monts- Saint Sauveur, Habitant, Avila, Olympia and Gabriel a couple of minutes by car.
The main floor has a kitchen with gas stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, garberator. Full equipped with cappuccino, coffee, toaster, raclette, and fondue machines, full spice rack and TV, .The dinning room seats 8 comfortably.
A large living room with an authentic stone fireplace with HD 65" Flat screen TV , Netflix, DVD, stereo, WIFI 5G internet.
There is an office and powder room on the main floor
The 2nd floor has a large master bedroom king size bed and 40" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom no 1 has a queen bed and 32" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom no 2 has two single beds The main bathroom has a hydrosens bath / shower.
In the basement there is a one car garage where one can also store sports equipment. Washer a dryer are available as well.
On the deck, patio set with umbrella, BBQ and spa.
