Chalet A-B

The chalet is furnished and fully equipped; all that's missing is your presence. It is the ideal place to relax and meet up with family or friends. The place is very quiet and the view is amazing. From the balcony, you can admire the magnificent view of the mountains and the Périgny valley.

There are no neighbors behind and on the side of the chalet facing the front door. On our land, there is a private access that will take you directly to a magnificent trail behind the chalet. In spring and early summer, there is also a very beautiful waterfall where you can go to recharge your batteries by reading a good book or having a picnic with the family.

The chalet was recently built by the owner. The rooms of the chalet are large and the upstairs is open concept to meet all of the landlord's needs. The floors are heated. The furniture is new and the paint is fresh.

The chalet is located in the new development of the Alpine village, at the foot of Mont Édouard, in L'Anse-Saint-Jean, in the Bas-Saguenay region. It is only 10 km from the historic village of L'Anse-Saint-Jean, 80 km from Saguenay and 75 km from Charlevoix. It is also near the Fjord-du-Saguenay National Park and the Saguenay-Saint-Laurent Marine Park.

In summer, enjoy the walking trails, lakes for fishing, the swimming pool and much more. You could go on an expedition to watch whales, go climbing or mountain biking, discover the Saguenay Fjord on a sailboat or on a cruise, go on a kayak excursion or horse riding and return in the evening to the chalet to to admire the sunset.
