Beautiful, rustic cottage that can accommodate up to 8 people (Rate according to number of persons) in the heart of the Laurentians, 1 h 15 from Montreal .
Located in Ste-Lucie-des-Laurentides, this house will meet your expectations.
Nested on a 5 acre lot, 475 meters above sea level, the breathtaking, 180 degree view will let you preside over the rolling mountain range as far as your eyes can see.
The chalet has 3 closed bedrooms each with a Queen bed, and there is a single bed on the mezzanine. In the summer, there is also a 5th bedroom in the tower equipped with a Queen bed. In the basement, there is a Queen bed and a single bed. The chalet can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Note that there is a playpen as well as a booster chair and that safety gates for children are installed for the stairs.
Upstairs: 3 closed bedrooms with Queen beds
Upstairs: 1 single bed on the mezzanine
In the basement: 1 Queen bed + 1 single bed
In the tower: 5th bedroom in summer only with 1 Queen bed
On the ground floor: a full bathroom with laundry room.

Outside, a spa usable year-round, a BBQ as well as a location for outdoor fires (in summer).
Spectacular view, secluded location, perfect for meeting or family reunion.
For summer-on-site activities or close by, you can choose between cycling, hiking up the mountain in the back or the forest out front, mountain biking, horseback riding, mega-zip lines, swimming in Lake Ménard a 7 minutes drive away, etc ...
For winter activities, you can go sliding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, skating, dog sledding, etc... For cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, you can visit Sainte - Lucie - des - Laurentides recreation center named The Interval at : http://www.interval.qc.ca/SentiersInfoGenerale.html.

| Le chalet fut merveilleux et nous avons tous passé un très bon séjour. Très bien équipé aussi! Le seul point négatif est le bandage qui fut trouvé dans un des lits, sous les couvertures. Sinon, tout était parfait.
Nous avons aussi trouvé une boucle d'orreille dans le sofa au deuxième. Nous l'avons laissé sur la petite table là haut.

| Merci de nous permettre de profiter de cet endroit magnifique Nous avons adoré notre semaine paisible. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Notre petit bonhomme de 18 mois a eu beaucoup de plaisir à jouer dans la neige fraîche et à courir en rond au rez-de-chaussée. Il a aimé avoir sa propre petite table. Tout le monde a su trouver son comble. Nous aurions pu rester plus longtemps, notre séjour a passé trop vite.
