Très bel emplacement à proximité de tous les services tel que le centre-ville, les supermarchés et les pistes de ski. La maison est très bien équipée et ne manque de rien. J'y reviendrai c'est garanti.

Owner said that the ski slops are 2 minutes away from this house. But these ski slopes stayed closed for our entire stay so be ready to spend 30 minutes + (depending on the weather) to get to the main ski slopes in Bromont from this house.
Also, owner kept some money from my deposit by claiming that we left this house in "filthy" conditions. Which wasn't true at all so be ready to pay much more than the rental cost.
The house itself is in beautiful location but the driveway requires a all wheel drive car with good snow tires on it. Otherwise you'll have to park the car down the road and walk about 200 meters up the hill.
Other than that my family (8 adults + 3 kids) had a good time and the welcome gift from the owner was a pleasant surprise.

In response to Mr. Mironovas evaluation, I would like to mention that in 11 years of rental, it's the first time that the house is left filthy. With each rental, I have a contract of agreement between the 2 parties that details all the rules of the house.

Between each same day rental, we evaluate that 4 hours of house cleaning is sufficient. We charged him extra for a total of 12 hours.

The total capacity of the house is 10 people. We are sure that amount was exceeded. Usually there are extra fees but we wrote him a letter to specify that we are not charging him.

No animals are permitted in the house, however we saw few urine spots on the balcony. again no fees were charged.

Our house is located on a hill in the mountains. I always specify that I have an entry of 200 feet and in winter it requires snow tires and it's preferable to have a 4 Wheel drive.

We are located less than 1km from the slopes on the (versant sud & côte ouest) and the main ski slopes are at 7.5km more or less 12 minutes drive to have access.

With each rental we welcome the people and show them everything that concern the house. Same thing upon the departure.

M. Mironovas was very interested in renting the house for 2018, he texted me twice about it, however that was before he got my letter for the extra surcharge.

Now, it's up to you to make a judgment.
