Completely renovated, this 1930s house has its own charm with its huge granite fireplace and cathedral ceiling in the living room. This cottage is located on top of a large wooded lot with a magnificent view of Lake Orford. From the hot tub or the terrace you can see the most beautiful sunset on the lake of the region! A small private plot of 400 square feet located directly on the banks has also been laid out in order to be able to swim easily.
