Log cabin located on the shores of Lac Simon in St-Léonard-de-Portneuf, with a rustic charm. Very nice quiet lake WITHOUT PETROL ENGINE. The cottage is fully equipped: dishes, pots, utensils, electric fondue stove, bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows, hand towels, dish towels, rags) stove and electric fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and some games of society. You must bring your towels and washcloths as well as your personal belongings and food. Special features: - access to the wooded lake (allowing greater privacy) - wharf and bottom of the sandy water, along the lake so private. - Location for external lights - indoor wood fireplace (limited amount of firewood) - BBQ (propane included) - Freshness in summer (a special feature of the log cabin) - lake water of exceptional quality (rated A by the Ministry of the Environment) - stunning views of the mountains and the lake FOR FAMILIES, BARRIERS LOCKING ACCESS TO STAIRS HAVE BEEN ADDED. Activities on site: SUMMER - swimming - 2 kayak, canoe, pedal boat and lifebelts at your disposal - Free access to the EAU CLAIRE beach (municipal beach) and paid entry to the Lac Simon Holiday Center - Access to hiking trails around the lake WINTER - 3 three-skis at your disposal - Paid access to Lac Simon Holiday Center (cross-country ski trail, tubing, ice rink, snowshoeing) Near: - municipal beach (Eau Claire beach) - Lac Simon Holiday Center - Bike path Jacques-Cartier / Portneuf (bicycle / snowmobile)

| Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Chalet le Cerf. Le chalet est parfait et l'endroit est juste magnifique avec le Lac Simon. De belles embarcations sont disponibles pour profiter du lac et et la nature environnante. Nous allons certainement refaire l'expérience! Merci aux propriétaires pour le superbe accueil!

| Endroit magnifique, chalet parfait. Nous avons séjourné à 3 reprises, été comme hiver, au chalet Le cerf. Nous avons vécu d'excellents moments en famille et entre amis. La chaleur du foyer, l'absence de Wifi, la beauté et tranquillité du lac, l'espace et les activités à réaliser rendent nos séjours mémorables.

| Nous avons loué ce chalet pour une seconde fois, et encore une fois tout était parfait. La localisation est parfaite, le chalet en lui-même offre tout le confort requis et est très chaleureux et que dire du lac, un beau grand lac calme parfait pour le canot.
