Superb urban villa designed in a contemporary style, located 5 minutes from the village of St-Alphonse-Rodriguez (only 1 hour drive from Montreal). The only contemporary villa in the area, Chalet Villa Bianca is located in peaceful woodland on its own 45 000 ft2 estate and boasts breath-taking views of the valley and surrounding mountains thanks to its huge floor-to-ceiling windows, all facing South. With two bedrooms and two floors, the villa is ideal for a small group, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people.
The cottage is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a private hot tub and outdoor dry sauna (both 100% functional all year round), and an outdoor wood-burning firepit. You will have access to L'Assomption river (only a few minutes away), where you can enjoy our private beach for swimming, kayaking (2 kayaks included) or paddle boarding (equipment not provided).
The villa's exterior offers parking for 4 cars, a private hot tub for 6 people on a large terrace with space for outdoor dining, as well as a sectional sofa under a gazebo, a gas-fired BBQ (functional all year) and an outdoor firepit (with firewood supplied in reasonable quantity). You will also find an outdoor dry sauna with space for up to for 8 people (available all year round). Note that a heated outdoor swimming pool is available from June 1st to the end of September.
On the main floor, you will find a welcoming entrance hall and a cozy living room equipped with HD cable TV, a Blu-Ray player, and a sound system with Bluetooth connection. The kitchen's imposing marble island is ideal for cooking with family or friends and it is fully equipped with Nespresso OriginaLine coffee machines, fondue sets and much more, including a dish washer. The kitchen opens on to the dining area and its amazing views of the mountains. On the main floor, you will also find a large bedroom with a King size bed and a Queen size bed on a mezzanine with the same spectacular views over the surrounding valley. The bathroom on the main floor includes a cleaning area with a washer/dryer.
On the 2nd floor, you will find a master suite including a large bedroom (King size bed), a private bathroom with freestanding bath and a glass shower, a private balcony with view of the valley + small exterior ethanol fireplace for romantic evenings.
The supplied bedding is made of pure cotton and duvet comforters. The chalet has electric heaters with an air exchanger and is equipped with an independent air conditioning system on each floor. Wi-Fi is included.
The Chalet Villa Bianca is certified 4 stars **** since 2015 by the Corporation de l'industrie touristique du Québec (CITQ).

| Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans le chalet Villa Blanca. Nous y étions 2 amies et y avons passées 2 nuits. Les lits sont très confortables et le design du chalet autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur est très réussit. Malheureusement pour nous la température n'était pas de notre côté mais nous avons quand même pu profiter du spa et des beaux endroits pour marcher.
Nos points (+) : Le spa, la vue avec les grandes fenêtres, le système de son bluetooth, la tranquillité, le confort, le design et la qualité des équipements. Le service et suivi toujours courtois et très rapide du propriétaire. Le garde-manger garnis d'aliment de base pour dépanner. La quantité et variété de vaisselle disponibles.
Nos points (-) : Le ménage laissait à désirer. La cafétière et la Nespresso n'avait pas été nettoyer avant notre arrivée (restant de vieux café) et des poubelles non-vidés.
Suggestions : Ajouter une tablette ou table de chevet dans la chambre du bas, il n'y aucun endroit ou déposer nos objets outre le plancher. (lunettes, cellulaires). Peut-être aussi ajouter des pinces et une louche dans les ustensiles de cuisine, nous n'en avons pas vu.
En résumé, nous avons passé un agréable moment et nous recommandons à tous !

Nous avons mis en place une nouvelle procédure pour renforcer nos points de contrôle et éviter tout oubli de leur part. Nous allons effectivement rajouter des petites tablettes sur mesure dans la chambre et vérifier l'inventaire des ustensiles dans la cuisine. | We had a wonderful stay at this chalet. Nicolas was very quick to respond with any questions we had. The house had everything that we needed and it was fantastic to have both a hot tub and sauna. The Christmas tree was a nice added touch.

| Nous avons passé un séjour hyper agréable dansun endroit calme et confortable très bien équipé. Il s'agissait de ma première expérience en location de chalet et la barre est haute pour nos prochaines locations!!!
