Two story Viceroy cottage built in 1996 overlooking Lac Cornu in Domaine Valdurn between Ste. Agathe and Tremblant, 7 minutes from Highway 117. Over 400 feet of lake frontage on a very quiet lake which does not permit any motorboats or electric motorised equipment. Cathedral ceiling with wood burning fireplace, terrace deck with screened gazebo. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms on main floor. Separate garage. Metal boat with electric 5 hp engine and three kayaks. Fully furnished lower ground floor with two bedrooms, TV lounge, play room, laundry room and bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath.
