CONDITIONS:

- Arrival time: 16h, departure time: 11h30;
- Prices may change without notice;
- Non smoking chalet, no pets allowed;
- Minimum age required for booking: 25 years old.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS:

-A deposit of 30% of the rental is required at the time of booking, the balance is payable 30 days before the date of stay by post-dated check or electronic transfer;
-A $ 500 breakage and damage deposit is required 7 days prior to stay;
-In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the date of stay, the deposit of 30% will be retained by the landlord as compensation and postdated checks for the balance of the rental and the deposit will be destroyed;
-In the case of a cancellation received less than 30 days before the date of stay, all the sums collected will be retained by the landlord as compensation except for the security deposit, which will be destroyed;
- Any check with no provision or the non-payment of the hiring (funds not released or check not received) entails the automatic cancellation of the reservation and any collected sum will be preserved by the landlord as damage and interest liquidated.
