Chalet Beach House — your private beach on Lac-Simon
A four-season waterfront chalet in the Outaouais with 150 feet of private, west-facing sandy beach. The slope is gentle and the water shallow near shore — safe for toddlers, with life jackets in all sizes on site. Private dock, kayaks and a pedal boat are included.
The home sleeps up to 10 (max 8 adults) across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area sits under cathedral ceilings with a full wall of windows facing the lake. Primary bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite. A 2,000 sq ft terrace for meals, sun and sunsets.
Summer and winter: beach, swimming and boating in summer; wood-burning fireplace and cathedral ceilings in winter; outdoor fire pit year-round. Lower-level games room (air hockey, foosball, ping-pong, board games) — ideal for families and groups on rainy days.
