Completely renovate, Looking for a little cottage with the comforts of a hotel with goose down comforters and a fireplace, we have it. This cottage is situated directly on the waterfront with views of Jay Peak and can accommodate 4 peoples. Only 20 minutes from Magog and Jay Peak, this cottage has a closed bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, fireplace, a completely renovated dining room and a shower for two. There is a terrace, patio set, BBQ, outdoor fireplace, and firewood with a gazebo on the river, canoes and kayaks included. This cottage includes a large covered porch at the front so even if it rains you will not be confined to the inside and can still have a BBQ. It is located in a quiet area but close to all services. Within a close distance from the cottage you can go canoeing or kayaking on the river Mississiquoi. The cottage has all the necessary facilities: toaster, coffee maker, microwave, TV, DVD, CD and radio. All new decoration in the bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom. Near many outdoor activities. Roughly an hour away from Montreal with mountain views: Owls Head (12km) and Jay Peak (25km). The village of Mansonville (1 km away) offers all the amenities and services required. It is located 8km from the Vermont border. Nearby Activities Summer activities include: Bicycle path, Golf, Kayaking, Mountain climbing, Tennis, Canoeing, Kayaks Hiking, Mountain biking, Private beach, Theatre, Fishing, Hunting, etc. Winter activities include: Cross-country skiing, Downhill skiing, Ice fishing, Snowmobiling, Tobogganing, Dog sledding, Hockey rink, Ice skating, Snowshoeing, etc.

There are many place to visit around the region such as the vineyards of Le Cep d'argent, le Centre d'Arts d'Orford, le Vieux Clocher, le théâtre d'Eastman, Bleu Lavande, and the picturesque villages such as North Hatley, Knowlton, Georgeville and many more! As well, there are three magnificent golf courses nearby, downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, canoeing, kayaking, sailing and fishing on our beautiful lakes. Hiking trails, forest walks, mountain climbing, tennis, and swimming at the beach.

| J'étais dans le chalet #2, un petit chalet sympathique parfait pour un couple ou une personne seule. Ambiance feutrée, tout pour cuisiner et relaxer. À quelques pas, la rivière Mississquoi. C'est le calme, la tranquilité, personne autour pour déranger. Des kayaks et des canoes sont à notre disposition ainsi que les vestes de flottaison. La vue sur la rivière est tout simplement majestueuse. Suzie, l'hôtesse est toujours prête à répondre à mes questions. C'est une personne à l'écoute de ses clients et de leurs besoins. Je recommande ce chalet à tout le monde.

| Suzie est vraiment une bonne hôte, tout est parfait, elle est venue me rencontrer en arrivant et s'est assurée que je ne manquait de rien. Le chalet était très propre et confortable, bien décorée et chaleureux. Je reviendrais sans hésiter !

| Suzie est excellente hôtesse, elle s'est assurée à ce que nous manquions de rien. Elle est très attentionnée et très gentille. Elle nous a permis d' arriver plus que l' heure d'arrivée. Elle nous a même proposé de rester plus tard que l' heure du départ. Une dame extrêmement aimable. L'endroit est très paisible. Mon mari et moi, nous avons profité de la tranquillité des lieux. Le chalet est super bien aménagé. Nous n' avons manqué de rien. Des kayaks et canots ainsi qu'elle très belle quai, foyer et beaucoup plus était mis à notre disposition. Tout les services était à environ 30 minutes du chalet, ce qui nous a beaucoup faciliter les choses. Mon mari et moi, nous avons beaucoup appréciée notre séjour et compte y retourner.

| Nous avons très apprécié notre semaine au Chalet #3. Très propre, très tranquille, tout était fourni (sauf la literie comme mentionné). Le chalet est bien situé, plusieurs activités à faire dans un rayon de 30 minutes de voiture.

| We stayed 1 week at this beautiful site , it was very quiet and relaxing and we had everything we needed close by. The property owner Suzie is a terrific host making sure we were settled in and never missing anything. She works hard keeping the property clean and we love that it's animal friendly! If you're a nature lover , adventure seeker this is a great spot , even to lay back take some sun or make a camp fire under the stars this is a true peaceful getaway that will make you want to come back. Thank you Suzie and we will see you soon.
