Our property is located in the 1000 pieds slope sector in Val-Saint-Côme, a less frequented location for tourists and skiers, and provides direct access to the resort, making it ideal for combining relaxation with outdoor activities!
In wintertime, alpine skiing, snowboarding, touring ski and snowshoeing are just a few meters away since the chalet located in the heart of the mountain (Ski In/ Ski Out) near the ascent of the slope of the Mille feet.
In summertime, direct access on foot to the mountain with several hiking trails, including the National Trail, and near lakes and rivers for swimming and fishing. The mountain bike with ski lift is also available several months during the year.
In autumntime, a flamboyant spectacle is offered to you with the mountain and colorful panorama, beautiful for hiking season.
ACCESS
On the ground floor, you will first find a spacious entrance, with walls covered with barn wood, equipped with many hooks and storage spaces. Then, a large common air including the kitchen, living room and dining room with a wall almost entirely fenestrated offers you a sensational view of the surrounding nature and ski slopes.
A bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with shower is also on the ground floor as well as the buandrie space (front washer/ dryer).
The kitchen has a very large island and is fully equipped with utensils, cooking equipment, and appliances (refrigerator two doors, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and heater, regular coffee machine, etc.).
Side dining room, a solid wood table that can accommodate a large family. In the living room, a sectional sofa facing the gas fireplace decorated with a beautiful natural stone coat. Television, sound system and board games are available for your entertainment.
In mezzanine, a bedroom offers a queen bed, a second bedroom has a bunk bed (2 x double) and a bathroom with bath-shower and heated ceramic floor. You will also find a practical desk and TV with DVD player. This floor is also occupied by a telework area with an office with two screens and an ergonomic chair.
Outside the chalet, a large terrace with motorized awning and a courtyard with mountain view give you access to a barbecue (gas canister included), a set of garden furniture and fireplace (wood not provided).
In case of allergies, consider that the cottage is visited by our dog.
Your furry companion is only allowed for reservations between the months of May to October for an additional $200.00 cleaning fee.

TOURIST REGION OF LANAUDIÈRE
In the heart of the MRC de la Matawinie: distinguished by its varied relief, mainly mountainous, and its great wealth of natural environments, it is a popular place for outdoor activities in peace.
Directly on the mountain: La Rose Blanche restaurant at the Auberge Val-Saint-Côme, the Le Pitch mountain bar and the Quatre-Matins Spa experience at the Auberge and Le Comptoir grocery store. Accessible on foot or by snowshoe, the resort's network of hiking trails is accessible and joins the Canadian National Trail (Contreforts section), with completely free access.
In Saint-Côme town (10 mins): microbrasserie, bistro café, bakery and essential services, grocery store, pharmacy, convenience store, gas station and tourist information office.
Also, nearby (20 mins): Regional Park of the Ouareau forest, Falls to Bull, Falls Swaggin, Zec Lavigne, Pourvoiries Coin Lavigne and Lac Croche, Mont Tremblant National Park (L'Assomption entrance).
A little further (30 mins): Rawdon Golf Club, Saint-Jean-de-Matha tube slides, Parc des Chutes-Monte-à-Peine (various entrances), Spa La Source (Rawdon), Montagne Noire (Saint-Donat).
