2 bedroom fully equipped condo located on the ground floor, near the beautiful Lake Memphremagog. This condo is fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children with 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. An extra bed (sofa bed) is available in the living room. The condo is very well lit by its position on the corner of the building. Patio-terrace (2x), BBQ, air conditioning, natural gas fireplace, dishwasher, DVD, internet, washer-dryer, bedding, towels, everything is included. You are within walking distance of the beautiful Lake Memphremagog Beaches, downtown and all its tourist attractions and nature with a good walk to the cherry path. Mont Orford is less than 10 minutes away. The place is quiet, relaxing and close to all services. Really one of the best situation between the city and nature. | Les propriétaires sont très accueuillants, condo très propre et confortable, pas très loin à pied pour aller au centre-ville, nous avons passé un beau séjour et nous n'avons manqué de rien.

| Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour, Luc. Tout était parfait. Le condo était magnifique et répondait à tous nos besoins. Très bien situé, à distance de marche de la plage et de Magog. | Un séjour parfait. Le propriétaire est très cordial, accommodant et présent si-il y a des questions avant ou lors du séjour.
Très beau condo bien décoré avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour un séjour parfait. Bien situé pour les amoureux de la nature et randonnées pédestres. Très important pour nous au niveau de la propreté ce condo est ''IMPECCABLE''.
Recommandons sans hésitation ce condo et lui donnons une note finale de: 12 sur 10
