The property is located near Lake Elvire. It is possible to relax on the edge of the wharf, listen to the sound of the stream that feeds the lake and take a swim (no motorboats). The clear water of the lake and its warm temperature, allows you to swim all summer long! The wharf remains exclusive (private) for lessors.

You can also take advantage of our spa, open all year round. On the other side of the street, you will have direct access to the trails of the St-Adolphe-d'Howard outdoor center for hiking, walking with your snowshoes or sliding your cross-country skis. During our beautiful winter season, the snow is abundant and the landscape is magical!
Located in the heart of nature, in a quiet area, Le Renard Des-Eaux-Vives is less than 10 minutes from downtown Morin Heights Village. You will find a food market, an SAQ, a pharmacy, a convenience store, a boat rental center, jet skis, snowmobiles, etc. We are a few kilometers from Mont Avalanche and Mont Morin Heights and 20-25 minutes from Monts St-Sauveur, Habitant, Avilla and many others. And what about downtown St-Sauveur! A must-see tourist event, for many activities such as the Arts Festival, its theatre, its 80 restaurants, shops and clothing factories at good prices (Factories/Outlet). In addition to these activities, there are water slides at the Aquatic Park and two golf courses.
