Chalet for rent on the waterfront THE PRICE INCLUDED TAXES AND CLEANING FEES!! Located on the shore of Lake Aylmer, in the Eastern Townships, this chalet can accommodate 8 people (maximum 6 adults). At 2hrs from Quebec City, 2h15 from Montreal, 45min from Sherbrooke and 35 minutes from Lac Mégantic, Lake Aylmer, with its many bays, has a length of about 20km. The property is located on a large lakefront lot with a children's playground, a sandy beach and a private launching ramp. Balcony with dining area and access to the spa. The facade of the chalet, largely windowed, offers a magnificent view of the lake. The cottage is spacious and cozy. It offers all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The open air ground floor includes kitchen, dining room, living room and a bathroom with shower and laundry room. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds and a master bedroom with a king-size bed with a seating area with a sofa bed and TV and access to the balcony with a view of the lake. There is also a full bathroom with bath and shower. Rate: The rental on Base Rate and Low Season is from Friday 5PM to Sunday 5 PM which allows you to enjoy a full weekend. Rates are set for a rental of four people, depending on the season. An additional amount will be requested for additional people, see pricing section. | Nous avons passé une semaine en famille très agréable au chalet l'Apero!
L'hôte a été accueillant, accommodant et attentionné. La communication était très facile.
Le chalet est parfaitement aménagé, spacieux, confortable, propre et équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut, on s'y sent comme à la maison.
Tout était parfait, le parc, la petite plage pour la baignade avec les enfants, les escapades en kayak sur le lac Aylmer, les vues imprenables des couchers de soleil sur le quai; un havre de paix et tranquillité.
Nous recommandons vivement ce chalet et serions heureux d'y retourner lors d'un prochain séjour. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

| Ma conjointe et moi avons passé une magnifique semaine au chalet L'Apéro. C'est une belle maison spacieuse avec tout ce qu'il faut pour relaxer et profiter du lac Aylmer. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la tranquillité des lieux. Les grands arbres de chaque côté du chalet contribue à l'intimité. Le lac est facilement accessible. Et tout autour, plusieurs activités à faire en plein air ou découvrir les produits du terroir. Nous y retournerons sûrement!

| Beau chalet avec belle fenestration pour voir le couché du soleil. Bien équipé, nous avons manqué de rien. Même si les voisins sont près, il y a une belle intimité dû aux haies et arbre.
Nous avons adoré prendre notre café ou l'apéro sur le quai. Que dire de la chambre principale… juste wow pour la vue et l'aménagement!
Un petit paradis pour relaxer et profiter de la nature.
