Chalet for rent on the waterfront THE PRICE INCLUDED TAXES AND CLEANING FEES!! Located on the shore of Lake Aylmer, in the Eastern Townships, this chalet can accommodate 8 people (maximum 6 adults). At 2hrs from Quebec City, 2h15 from Montreal, 45min from Sherbrooke and 35 minutes from Lac Mégantic, Lake Aylmer, with its many bays, has a length of about 20km. The property is located on a large lakefront lot with a children's playground, a sandy beach and a private launching ramp. Balcony with dining area and access to the spa. The facade of the chalet, largely windowed, offers a magnificent view of the lake. The cottage is spacious and cozy. It offers all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The open air ground floor includes kitchen, dining room, living room and a bathroom with shower and laundry room. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds and a master bedroom with a king-size bed with a seating area with a sofa bed and TV and access to the balcony with a view of the lake. There is also a full bathroom with bath and shower. Rate: The rental on Base Rate and Low Season is from Friday 5PM to Sunday 5 PM which allows you to enjoy a full weekend. Rates are set for a rental of four people, depending on the season. An additional amount will be requested for additional people, see pricing section. | Très grand chalet avec toutes les commodités. Difficile d'avoir mieux pour ce prix. Très bien situé près de l'embouchure de la rivière Maskinongé où les balades en kayak sont particulièrement agréables. Plusieurs randonnées de montagnes dans les alentours. Somme toute, ce fut un excellent séjour de 4 nuits.

| Très beau chalet et bel emplacement, comme sur les photos. L'accès au lac est facile pour des enfants. C'est calme et agréable. Le terrain est gazonné et une grande galerie avec table permet de prendre les repas à l'extérieur avec vue sur le lac.
Tout y est pour de bien belles vacances en famille !

| Endroit magnifique et paisible où se ressourcer!
