Le Prestigieux is a fully equipped chalet that can accommodate 12 people very comfortably.
Directly on the lakefront of the Royal Laurentien golf club.
Composed of 5 bedrooms with 6 king beds, the chalet includes bedding, towels, 3 bathrooms, unlimited WIFI internet, pool table, foosball table, BBQ (gas included), 2 65 inches giants screens. Washer-dryer, dishwasher, 1 high chair.
5 Wall-mounted air conditioning.
Indoor gas fireplace.
Outdoor wood fireplace.
Bedrooms: 2nd floor, there are 2 bedrooms, with 1 king bed each. A large bedroom with 2 king beds.
On the ground floor, we find 1 bedroom, with 1 king bed.
On the garden level, you will find 2 bedrooms with 1 king bed each.
Private beach, private dock, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and 8 life jackets. (available from May 15 to October 15).
Private Spa open all year round.
We are located directly on the lakefront of the Royal Laurentien golf course, 10 minutes from Sainte-Agathe and 20 minutes from Tremblant.

5 minutes by car from the chalet, there are:
Grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, hardware store, children's park, restaurants, catering services, alpine ski center, cross-country skiing, golf club, snowmobile trails (1 minute from the cottage) and ATV center, center outdoors (young people and adults), climbing etc.
We are directly on the prestigious golf club: Royal Laurentien and close to the Tremblant golf courses. The chalet is close to several ski centers, Mont Blanc (10 min.), Mont Tremblant (20 min.), Avila, Saint-Sauveur, Habitant (20 min.).
A vast network of 80 km of cross-country and alpine ski trails, snowshoeing, hiking, bike trails (P'tit Train du Nord), mountain biking and 1 minute from snowmobile trails (P'tit Train du Nord).
Spas: Évasion (Royal golf course), Le Scandinave (Tremblant)?
You are 10 minutes from the large beach of Ste-Agathe, its terraces and its summer theater, Le Patriote. You are 20 minutes from St-Sauveur to enjoy the water park, 80 restaurants as well as all the festivals throughout the year.
Several golf courses are nearby and parks for ziplining (Tremblant and Morin-Heights).
Mont Tremblant is only a 20-minute drive from the chalet. At the Royal Laurentien club: rental center for: bicycles, snowmobiles, snowshoe trail and cross-country skiing, massages. ($)

| Le chalet est magnifique, le jardin exceptionnel mais le lac est vraiment petit mais surtout vous entendrez l'autoroute de façon très significative à l'extérieur ce qui gâche le plaisir d'être dans un endroit aussi beau et d'apparence paisible au regard des photos.
Les propriétaires s'appelle tous les 2 Martin, un est vraiment très très sympathique et le second manque vraiment de tact dans la communication.
Au regard du prix je pense que communiquer avec un peu plus de classe serait apprécié.
Bref magnifique chalet il serait préférable de préciser que l'endroit est bruyant du fait de cette autoroute, donc pour moi le prix est trop élevé à cause de cette nuisance.

| Wow quel beau chalet ! Très propre, lits confortables et spacieux, grande table et salon, l'endroit est accueillant et magnifique. Parfait pour les wkd entre amis ou en famille. Il y a un grand terrain devant le chalet qui permet de jouer à plusieurs jeux extérieur. Très bonne communication des propriétaires.

| Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce chalet et tout était parfait. Il est très grand et super bien éclairé avec ses superbes fenêtres tout au tour du chalet je le recommande fortement avec tout ses activités , nos 3 enfants ce sont très bien occupés et ce sans aucun appareil connecté même si le chalet est muni d'un réseau wi-fi

| Nous étions en famille avec plusieurs enfants, le site est enchanteur, propre et bien entretenu. Nous avons très bien aimé notre séjour, par contre nous aurions apprécié des vestes de flotaisons pour enfants.
