You will be charmed by this beautiful chalet perched on the mountain, in the heart of the woods and facing a lake protected for its aquatic fauna (not swimmable). It can accommodate up to 8 people with its 3 bedrooms, Murphy bed on the mezzanine and 2 single mattresses at your disposal.
- A 10 km hiking trail from the chalet.
- Travel on the wild and protected wetland lake close by on the rowboat or canoe, available for you. Note that the lake is not swimmable because too muddy on the banks and too much seaweed grow in the deeper areas. Moreover, its level fluctuates according to the season's rainfalls. On the other hand, this lake is very pleasant to contemplate because of its vegetation and its avian and aquatic fauna.
- Heated pool in season and spa available year round.
Enjoy a moment of relaxation in nature. Ideal for couples, families, meetings with friends or corporate.
Located between the charming villages of Sainte Adèle and Val-David, activities are not lacking in winter (cross-country skiing and snowshoeing right at the door, downhill skiing at 7 minutes, skating, sliding ...) in the summer (hiking, cycling or mountain biking, climbing, the beach at Lac Rond Sainte-Adèle (12 min.), golf (10 min.), canoeing, horseback riding, etc., and at any time the cinema Pine with the most popular movies of the day in addition to a wide selection of restaurants and bars in the area.
The entire cottage is at your disposal EXCEPT FOR THE BASEMENT WICH IS USED BY YOUR HOST, discreet and respectful of your privacy. If necessary they are always happy to offer you services and advice.

| Nous avons adoré notre séjour!!
Le propriétaire était présent pour nous accueillir et nous faire visiter le chalet. Jamais nous nous sommes sentit de trop. Il respect vraiment l' intimité des locataires. Nous étions 5 adultes et 3 enfants qui déplaçaient de l air et nous n avons que du positif a dire! Merci à Simon-pierre pour notre séjour!

| Nous étions 6 du 12 au 14 novembre, nous avons été très bien reçu! Le chalet est MERVEILLEUX, le lieu féérique en nature, chalet très bien équipé!

| Based on my experience, the 2 star isn't given on the condition and beauty of the Chalet. In all honesty, the Chalet was gorgeous. Renovated and cozy with a warmth feeling all around. The 2 star was given because the owner lives downstairs and that SHOULD be stated in the contract. Besides that, we came up for a birthday party, which was stated when booking.
He kept coming up, looking through the windows like a creep and kept telling us the music was loud and his neighbours could here the music. That being said, I purposely took a walk outside while the music was full blast, standing outside his neighbors driveway not hearing a single beat from the music. I believe his statement was more towards the music bothering him and not his neighbors.
Secondly, the Chalet says it accommodates comfortably 10 people which is also a lie. We brought up a "blow up mattress" incase and thank god we did so. There are only 3 bedrooms, and 1 extra mattress on the floor provided by the owner which ideally accommodates 8 people (figuring 2 per bed.) Besides sleeping on the couch that would be the only alternative to possibly accommodate 2 extra people.
Thirdly, he kept coming up to tell to move the cars around his driveway incase of an emergency of an ambulance making the path clear to drive. But, with so much snow, and the owner not shoveling, it was nearly impossible to park all our cars in a single line. Yet he couldn't understand my point of view. We spent Saturday night shoveling.
