Welcome to our new chalet, completed in July 2017, with spectacular panoramic views across Lac Brome. This is our small slice of paradise offering you and your group a beautiful getaway location during all four seasons of the year. It is the perfect home for a romantic stay or a family gathering in between mountains and lakes. Located in the countryside east of Montreal, we are very well located 5 minutes by car to the town of Knowlton (museum, lovely boutiques, restaurants and world famous Lac Brome Duck), 15 minutes to Bromont (shopping, skiing, waterslides & biking trails), 20 minutes to Sutton (skiing, bike trails, hiking, fine restaurants), 30 minutes to Owl's Head (skiing etc..), 30 minutes to Granby (shopping and more restaurants) and about 1 hour to Montreal. In the winter, you can skate and kite ski on the lake, snow shoe and ski on local cross country tracks, as well as enjoy four ski resorts with scenic downhill runs all within 30 minutes drive. In fall, the landscape and colours are amongst the best in North America. In summer, enjoy life on the water, paddling from your own private access to the lake, swimming from the dock, as well as kayaking or canoeing out on the lake. Our beautiful chalet has spectacular water views from every window and some of the most beautiful sunsets from the deck and dining room to compliment summer dinners. The designer kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with high end appliances and even a built in wine cooler. There is Wi-Fi throughout, built in ceiling sound system with outdoor speakers, and large screenTVs above 2 fireplaces, propane in lower level and wood burning in the living room. | Bonjour, nous avons passé une excellente fin de semaine en famille. L'endroit est idyllique avec une vue incomparable sur le Lac Brome. Les couleurs étaient présentes lors de notre séjour et on en a profité pour faire de belles marches en forêt. La maison est toute équipée et très moderne et d'une grande propreté. C'est un endroit que je recommande sans hésitation. Les hôtes sont très charmants et disponibles. On y retournera certainement. Merci pour l'accueil.

| Nous avons passé un magnifique et relaxant séjour de deux semains dans le « chalet » de Christiane et Ron. Il s'agit en fait d'une belle grande maison, très éclairée avec de multiples vue sur le lac, décorée avec goût et toutes les commodités d'une maison moderne - y compris une cuisine très bien équipée - offrant des prestations de qualité supérieure. La maison était également d'une propreté impeccable.
Tout a été pensé pour le confort et la détente. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la terrasse donnant sur le lac, où nous avons pris la majorité de nos repas, profitant de la vue et de la brise. Le lac est calme et nous n'avons pas du tout été incommodés par les bateaux ou autres motomarines, qui passent au loin et ralentissent lorsqu'ils appprochent du rivage. Le quai nous a permis des heures de détente à lire au soleil entourés d'eau. Le voisinage est lui aussi très tranquille, sans circulation, la maison se situant presqu'au bout d'une pointe.
Nos hôtes sont forts sympathiques et étaient là pour rapidement répondre à toute question ou tout besoin.
Nous étions deux, mais aurions facilement pu être 4 voire 6, étant donnés la seconde chambre et le sous-sol, en tout confort.
Merci Christiane et Ron pour cet agréable séjour: nous reviendrons sans aucun doute, en espérant que notre fils pourra cette fois nous accompagner!
