La Cime is a high-end experiential lodging company that combines innovative architecture and a private thermal experience in a minimal, thoughtful environment.
Ideally located on a Laurentian mountainside, each spa resort offers its travelers a panoramic view of the mountain and the river as well as great privacy.
Nestled several meters above the ground, they offer all the amenities of a hotel suite to ensure a comfortable and luxurious accommodation experience, while allowing its occupants to recharge their batteries among the treetops.
MAIN FEATURES
This microchalet marked the launch of our business project. Since its construction in 2017, La Station Perchée has continuously evolved, allowing us to refine our vision and improve our experiential accommodation service.
It offers a unique experience with its three terraces, allowing guests to fully enjoy the surrounding views. The room, perched at the top of the trees, provides a panoramic view of the valley and the river. Additionally, it includes several elements of a private thermal circuit: a spa, a dry sauna, and a summer cold shower are available for its visitors.

OTHER REMARKS
Your dog is accepted under certain conditions (please advise us when booking on our website) :
- A fee of $50 + taxes is required
- The dog must not be left alone in the chalet. If you have to leave the premises, he must be with you or in his cage.
- The dog must do its business on the ground, and not on the terrace. These must be collected at the end of the stay, and placed in the trash bin.
- The dog must not sleep on the couch or bed.
- The ladder leading to the bedroom could be dangerous for a dog. This is why we suggest that the dog stays on the ground floor to avoid an accident. If you ever bring it upstairs, we assume no responsibility for accidents or injuries.

| Quel endroit merveilleux pour souligner notre 25e anniversaire! Tout était parfait! Le chalet (le confort et la propreté sont hors pair), le paysage, tout! | We had an absolutely wonderful stay and everything was perfect. The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained, offering the perfect mix of comfort and nature. The peaceful surroundings made for an incredibly relaxing getaway.
A special shoutout to Jean-Samuel and Samy, who were fantastic hosts. They were extremely responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch hospitality.

| Chalet très propre et bien équipé pour la cuisine. Comme le mentionne l'annonce, c'est vraiment un « spa privé » avec toutes les installations! Important de mentionner que la chambre n'est pas accessible facilement pour une personne mobilité réduite avec l'escalier.
Nous y retournerions pour profiter des couleurs de l'automne.

| Superbe expérience! Nous avons adoré notre escapade en amoureux. Nous avons pu amener notre chien, un gros plus! Un lieux Cozy et privé dans un décor enchanteur. Le concept station thermale est vraiment géniale! Le mini chalet est tout équipé, sans parler du lit King! Pour les amateurs de randonnées, le Parc des chutes se trouve qu'à 10 min d'auto. Un parc offrant de magnifique sentier pédestres. Ici encore, les chiens sont acceptés! :) À refaire l'automne sans faute, je recommande cette escapade à tout les amoureux de la nature et de la tranquillité
