The dining room table can seat 8 people plus an island-counter that can seat 4 people. There's also an extra table with 4 chairs overlooking the waterfront, perfect for those who need to catch-up on some work.

In the newly wood-finished basement you will find a 70in Smart 4K TV with Prime and Disney+ and a Soccer table (baby-foot) along with several board games.

Located directly on the private Lake Amico, our cottage offers a beautiful sandy beach with a paddle boat, kayaks and a hammock to relax.

Thanks to its living space of 1,825 sq. Ft. and its huge private Lot of more than 50,000 sq. Ft., Our intimate cottage provides you with a sublime atmosphere of relaxation and resourcefulness.

Chalet Amico has a large parking space for several vehicles.

It has a large terrace with a Table that can seat 8 to 10 people.

A BBQ with propane tank is provided free of charge, only during the summer months.

For your viewing pleasure there are 2 Smart LED HDTV, one 55' in the ground-floor Living Room and one 70'' 4K in the basement with unlimited access to Prime and Disney+ for your cocooning evenings after a day of activities.

Wi-Fi access is also available at no extra charge. The speed and uninterrupted Internet connection are not guaranteed!
ATTENTION! Downloads are not allowed! Our internet provider monitors the internet for any illegal activity. Any penalty or extra fee charged to Chalet Amico during your stay will be the sole responsibility of you the lessee.

Located just 10 minutes from Val-David and its regional park Dufresne with its hiking trails and only 20 minutes to Sainte-Agathe, 25 minutes to Saint-Sauveur and only 40 minutes to Mont-Tremblant. Our chalet places you close to several activity centers both summer and winter.

It is the ideal place for lovers of nature and the outdoors.

No parties allowed! No outside music allowed at any time! Penalties apply! If any of our esteemed neighbours complain about your group for any reason (noise, trespassing etc) our neighbours' word would take precedence.

No visitors allowed! if you plan on having friends coming over for any length of time, you should clearly indicate that in your initial request or by email!

Please note: Due to previous bad experiences and in order to prevent our chalet from being transformed into a day camp by some not very forthcoming people, any unauthorised visitor, even if only for a 5 minutes visit, will be considered a breach of contract and rental rules and will result in all of the group being expelled from the premises without any refunds, plus the loss of the security deposit!

The minimum age for renting Chalet Amico is 28 years and over.

Be advised that Stairs, Electric outlets, cleaning and maintenance equipment present in the chalet may not all be child-proof.
Toys and games present in the chalet may have small and or mobile parts that can break apart and pose a choking hazard to small children, your constant supervision and vigilance is required and is your sole responsibility.
By submitting a request for rental, you acknowledge and accept all of the above mentioned and accept any risks of accidents, falls and or mishaps that may occur during your stay.

The Booking Fee of $150 is non-refundable. A cleaning fee may apply and is also non-refundable.
Security Deposit starts at $600 up to $1500 depending on the number of people in your group and other factors.

Payments are only accepted by Interac e-Transfer.
Credit Card, cheques and Paypal are Not accepted. Payments and transfers coming from outside of Canada will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to visit the chalet and inspect it at any time.
We reserve the right to do any emergency repairs or maintenance inside or outside the property when necessary.

Outside Security Cameras are in operation to secure the property, monito the outside noise level and to verify the compliance with the number of cars and people authorized. It is strictly forbidden to manipulate, hinder or even touch our security cameras!

In winter time, lake Amico may not be fully and securely frozen, we do not recommend you or anyone of your group go on or near the lake. By going on or near the lake in winter, you take full responsibility in case of an accident!

Chalet Amico cannot be held liable for any mistakes, typos or errors that can happen in this or any of our listings and or email descriptions. We reserve the right to correct any such errors at any time.

No refund or compensation in case of power outage, internet interruption, bad weather or bad road conditions, or any other unforeseeable event outside of our direct control!
