Lakefront/Bromont Skiing/water slides

The house lies on a large lot with nearly 500 ft of waterfront that includes a private beach and a 30ft dock. Note, the dock has recently been added and does not appear on some of the photographs. The house is near all the facilities and activities of the Bromont region including Mount Bromont that has skiing, water slides, mountain biking and walking trails. The house is modern and very spacious with nearly 3000 sq ft of living area. The views are spectacular year round. Lac Bromont is a clean and peaceful lake, no motor boats are allowed. It is also the home of significant wildlife. The house comfortably accommodates 6 adults and 2 children, there is a fourth bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Of particular note is the balcony that runs 60 ft along the lake side of the house.
