Located on beautiful Lac Caribou, 15kms from Mont-Blanc and 25kms from the town of Mont-Tremblant, this beautiful modern home is equipped with all the comforts of home. Nestled privately by the lake with two pedal boats and a canoe, there are plenty of water activities for the family. With almost 4 acres of land, there is ample parking and space for soccer, badminton, and an outdoor fire pit to stargaze and enjoy marshmallow treats!
In the winter, there are cross-country ski trails nearby, tobogganing in the driveway, and lots of room to make a skating rink on the frozen lake.
The open living area offers stunning views of Lac Caribou. There is a fully equipped kitchen with outdoor barbecue and indoor and outdoor seating.
There are three bedrooms with two double beds in the basement that can sleep up to 12 people. There are also two full bathrooms and a powder room with washer and dryer. The basement is also equipped with a ping-pong table, large couch and Smart TV along with lots of toys and games for the kids.
