The property is on the Lake Brome with a breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains. There are 4 BDR 2Baths We have: a canoe, a kayak, a pedalo, and a surfboard. You can fish off our dock. You can dine on our wrap-around second floor balcony. Walking on the lake, (well, on the ice :-) , skating or using snowshoes are our prefered outdoor activities during the winter. Bromont, Sutton, Owls Head ski resorts are close.. There are several interesting villages and towns m,in the area (Sutton, Orford, Bromont, Eastman, North Hatley) and Montreal is one hour away. Plenty of activities for the whole family in the area: parcs, Granby zoo, tennis courts, soccer, golf and, well, everything one can do on a lake. | I had the pleasure of staying at this chalet recently for a 4 night stay. Our party was composed of 4 couples for a total of 8 people.
This large, modern chalet is very well appointed with all the comforts of home including a wonderfully luxurious bath tub in the main bathroom. There are a total of 4 bedrooms (3 with queen bed and 1 with double) so each couple had their own room. The location is ideal - on beautiful lac Brome, with 4 ski hills closeby. We skied at Bromont, only a 15 minute drive away. The town of Knowlton is only a 5 minute drive and there you'll find a grocery store, SAQ, pharmacy, etc.
I cannot recommend this chalet enough - Nick was a wonderful host and was easy to reach to answer any questions. Will definitely stay again!
