This beautiful cottage is located on a lake in the municipality of Minerve.
A maximum of 8 people can be accommodated very comfortably for a minimum stay of 2 nights. The chalet has 2 closed bedrooms and an open bedroom. (3 queen beds and 1 double bed). In addition, 3 bathrooms and a laundry room are at your disposal.
Hiking trails, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, mountain biking and snowmobiling are just minutes from the cottage. The Papineau-Labelle Wildlife Sanctuary is a few kilometers from the cottage.
Outside, the cottage offers several amenities including a beach, a dock, 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board and all the necessary accessories to make use of it, a fireplace area and a BBQ.
Inside, the cottage offers 1 gas fireplace, air conditioning, a luxurious kitchen full equipped with stunning views of the lake, WIFI and a cellular network amplifier to keep you in touch with the outdoors, a TV with DVD and access to Netflix for watching movies or TV shows. Full bedding is also provided.
The village of Minerve is located 10 minutes from the cottage by car. You will find an ideal general store for hunting and fishing enthusiasts, a Tradition grocery store with a SAQ section, a bakery, a gas station and a credit union.
