Waterfront cottage in Orford - close to ski slopes - perfect for families

Offers several summer and winter activities just nearby. (Cross-country skiing, Alpine skiing, snowshoeing, outdoor hiking, swimming, kayaking, etc). You will be less than 5 minutes away from the ski slopes and hiking trails and 10 minutes away from Magog and all its amenities. Also, the beautiful region Orford welcomes excellent restaurants, spas and specialty markets.

The kitchen, living room and impressive 2 floors terrace provide an integral view of a non-navigable lake. The cottage has a private backyard and dock with a pedal boat, 2 kayaks and flotation vests available.

Everything is included in the rental. Fully furnished. Can sleep 6 people. 2 bedrooms with double beds on the main floor. 1 bedroom with 2 sofas that turn into double bed in the basement (with connecting bathroom). Bathroom with shower on the main floor.

Bedding and dishes included. Snow removal Phone / Internet Wood fireplace. TV in the main area. Washer, dryer Stove. Refrigerator. BBQ

Summer 2025 rental, two periods available:
From june 15th to July 31st for 6,500$ (rented)
From August 1st to Septembre 30th for 7,000$

Season rental (winter) (between 6,000$ and 10,000$)
Monthly rental (varies between 1,500$ and 4,500$)
