Our cottage is located in the Laurentians, 60 min from Montreal. It is located at Lac Barron, the dock is directly in front of the cottage, a very narrow road separates the dock and the cottage. (swimming on site, motorized lake, very beautiful lake for FISHING,). it is 10 min from Morin Heigts and 20 min from St-Sauveur! It has 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (plus one on the 1st floor), for 8-10 people maximum!!!!

SUMMER:
The chalet is 8 km from the aerobic corridor (175 km of road/cross bike trails). Several mountain bike trails are nearby. For road bike enthusiasts, the chalet is close to route 329.
The chalet is a few km from several ski mountains (Morin-Heights circuit acro-nature, St Sauveur (water slide), Avila, Mont Gabriel), as well as 3 spas (10 to 15 km, Amérispa, Ofuro and the Refuge).

WINTER:

The chalet is 8 km from the aerobic corridor which is a network of cross-country ski and snowshoe trails of 162 linear km, of which 60 km are mechanically groomed.
