-Beautiful apartment, ideally suited for 2 adults or up to 4 guests max. It is located at the Owl's Head Ski Center and boasts a rare combination of a true ski-in/ ski-out with exceptional view overlooking lake Memphremagog. Access to a Private Beach and (for a fee) Marina, Tennis and Pickleball is just a 5 minute walk or a short drive by car. The superb Owl's Head Golf Course (see pictures) is nearby. Bicycling, Hiking, Snow shoeing, Cross Country Skiing, Boating, Tennis and Pickleball make it a Four Season Resort. The private beach has a "chalet" with showers and washrooms.
- A Public dock for launching fishing boats or motor boats is 10 minutes away (fees may apply).
-Enjoy a spectacular sunset on the terrace at the Golf Club. Drinks and dinner are served.
-The apartment is very comfortable during summer and winter - cool in the summer (AC) and in winter warm with radiant floor heating.
-Kitchen is fully stocked. Under the covered balcony, outdoor cooking (BBQ) and eating is encouraged. Enjoy the view on the swing (reconditioned chairlift seat).
-Drive between 30 minutes and 1 hour and the following towns are reached: Magog, Sherbrooke, Orford, Sutton, Bromont, Lac Brome (Knowlton), Newport (VT, USA) and Jay Peak (VT, USA). Jay Peak has an Indoor Water Park.

| D'entrée de jeu, mentionnons que je suis demeuré plusieurs mois dans ce magnifique logement et que les hôtes, Rolf et Lucie, sont des personnes très accueillantes, serviables et agréables à côtoyer. Directement situé sur la montagne de Owl's Head, avec une vue panoramique sur le Memphrémagog, le logement est à quelques minutes à pied de la plage et des terrains de tennis, sans parler des sentiers pédestres qui sont à portée de mains. En fait, mon séjour au cours de la période estivale, notamment, s'est avéré un pur délice. Bref, je vous recommande chaleureusement de profiter d'un séjour au Edelweiss, vous serez enchantés.

| Quelle belle place. Directement sur la montagne, une vue à couper le souffle sur le Memphrémagog des ciels de toutes les couleurs. Jamais difficile avec les proprio, la communication est agréable et sympathique. L'appartement est super bien situé, avec tout ce qu'il faut. Il est pleinement équipé, il ne manque que notre épicerie et nos vêtements !! On recommande vivement cet endroit de charme tranquille. Les amoureux de marche, de vélo et de golf trouverons un endroit formidable pour se loger. Nous y retournerons c'est certain !
